Alex, Do NOT do a Master Reset - it is not likely to fix your problem and will only serve to set all your menu settings (including the CAL PLL and CAL FIL entries) back to the factory defaults - you will have a lot of work to do unless you record all your settings first.
Do you still have a sidetone? You may have toggled the sidetone source in the menu which would try to make the microprocessor pin 25 as the sidetone source instead of the TXD signal. Enter the Menu, and edit the STL parameter, then tap DISPLAY until you hear the sidetone.
