Scott, Pelican sells the foam seperately, not cheap, but you can get it. Might I also suggest look for someone who has just got a new monitor/TV/computer/electronic test equipment, ask for the pink or blue packing foam. These come in sheets (you may be able to find a local packing house that has it in stock) or strips. It's closed cell foam (doesn't asorb water) and is easy to cut with a knife. It's excellent packing material.
