I ran accross it the other day as follows:
Click "Order" on the left side of the Elecraft home page;
Scroll down to "Miscellaneous Parts and Upgrades" or something like that
(I'm going by memory here) and click it;
Scroll down to the KPA100 section. If I remember rightly, the first item is
a kit of parts for doing the revision D mod. There is also a link there for
the "instruction sheet" in PDF format.
If you print that out, you will have what you are looking for.

I looked for the mod that eliminates RFC10, but can't find it. I can see
the absence of the choke in the latest manual, but can't see what else
changed. Can anyone tell me the source for the mod. I am at that point in
a KPA100 build and it would be good to know what changed and what the
ramifications are of not doing the mod.
