I am getting ready to secure Q3 and Q4 to the heat sink. I was using black fiber flat washers. Now the instructions say to use split lock washers. Am I supposed to eliminate the black fiber washers that completely fill the circumference of the screw holes and use split lock washers only? Thanks for any comments.
