Larry, I assume a 4 band filter board. Are the trimmers on the filter board set near the center point? If not, realign the 15 and 20 meter filters. It is possible to align the frequency of the higher band too high and end up with an off frequency signal. Set the trimmers to the center, then adjust 15 meters first and 20 meters second. Note that the upper two bands can be aligned independently of the lower two bands.
