Thanks to everyone for your replies. I guess by now you will have read Brian's email to see that a few kits went out with reverse encoders (southern hemisphere models as one reply suggested Hi Hi).
It sure feels funny tuning a radio in the reverse direction! As usual, all at Elecraft have been great!!
