Thanks for the advise Tom, and Don. I resoldered around the current sense area of cntl bd, and checked for bad soldering. Also verified that shorting jumper is shorting pins 2&3 of P7. I tried another power supply, and in step 4 of the test on page 47 I have reading of E13.6, 0.06.....and in step 6 the reading is E11.2, 0.22... The voltage went lower in step 6, but the current increased as it is supposed to. Question, are these readings acceptable??
