This (video) sounds like a project for an enterprising individual or group to document and produce as a video dvd/tape.
I may make inquiries among the video production class at the high school where I teach technology. I wouldn't put this task on the back of the staff at Elecraft unless I was prepared to pay a hefty charge for it. But the students might find it challenging and educational and maybe pick up a small monitary incentive in the process.
