The IC7000 display would pretty much blank out due
to the sun at Scarborough Reef..... The display itself
was not all that attractive to me. I longed for my K2
and wished the K3 could have been there.

Not all displays are created equal... Can the "attractive" displays be
read in direct sunlight?
