US Postal Service Express Mail International, at 3 - 5 days looks the best to
me.
You can check via their web site for delivery times, etc.
The UPS option offers 2 - 5 business days at twice the price!

I wouldn't mind some guidance on which method is best to choose for
shipping to the UK. I know that this has been discussed before but I
don't recall it resulting in a clear recommendation.
