I teach electronics to high school students. School district budgets are puny. School kids are great beta testers for tool vulnerabilities. I've used Flukes here for 20 years and at the aerospace plant where I worked for 25 years. Need I say more? They have models under $100 - check the catalogs. Having a C tester and Transistor/diode tester built in is invaluable. Al WA6VNN
