Simon, Lisa did say she thinks she replied to your recent email about
changing an order. Did you receive it?

Hi all,
The problem is what the subject is. I'm trying to sort out
something with a order and despite sending 4 E-mails since last Thursday, I
am still awaiting a reply.
I've checked my spam box in case something has gone in there but nothing is
there. Hopefully some one can see this so the issue can be resolved.
