I always recommend trying both the K7QO course that Ian mentions and the G4FON CW Trainer (www.g4fon.net). They use different techniques, and some people prefer one and some prefer the other. It depends on a person's learning style.

Without *any* doubt, the K7QO code course. Google it and download. It
is a CD image and can be dropped onto an mp3 player also.  There are
pdf's in there to check your answers etc.  I cannot recommend this
package highly enough. Speed is never mentioned. I am about to restart it myself (never got through it the first time) to get my code speed up
and hopefully get the most out of my K3 when I get it :)
