too bad the FCC recently allowed the AM digital to run at nightime, which makes adjacent channel listening rather difficult. With too wide a receive bandwidth...will not the IBOC digital streams come into the audio demodulation ????
( obviously I am talking about AM broadcast band... not SW )

You can also copy AM through an SSB filter in SSB mode; the K3 is extremely frequency stable and opposite-sideband rejection very high. You can optionally use the RX EQ menu entry to cut the bass frequencies near the carrier, if desired, or use I.F. shift.
