Okay - after my K3 (S/N 10) has been nothing but bits since early July while
writing the K3 kit assembly manual, I finally actually hooked on an antenna
today and was enjoying playing with the outstanding filtering options while
tuning across 20 meters.

Heard an old friend, Gena, UA0FAI ,on Sakhalin Is. on 14.022 calling CQ, so
I gave him a call. He claims I'm rocking his ears with 589. I don't have my
KPA3 installed at the moment, so the output here was 10 watts into a 75 foot
end fed wire.

Nice "first QSO on my K3" for the log. Clearly, the K3 is another Ham
operator's Mojo.

And, clearly, it's instantly addictive...

Now I have to finish reading Wayne's nice Owner's manual. Obviously I found
the POWER switch. Now what's that button over......
