hi, I am working on the KPA 100 and I have a problem to identify C26 (33pF, 50V) and find C 41 (100pF, 101) in the provided capacitors. I found one disk capacitor labelled 33, CO, but then I cannot find C5F, which should also be "33", but 500V or 1KV.
