Werner,

Unfortunately, there is no universally accepted way of marking capacitors, so I can only guess a bit here.

What I do know is that the 100 pf capacitors that have shipped with recent Elecraft kits have short leads. Those small leads tend to hide themselves stuck in other components. Investigate any capacitors that you have with short leads - 100 pf will be marked '101' (plus other manufacturer's markings). Look in all the bags and search for capacitors sticking in things like the tape on the relay tube and similar.

As for the 33 pf capacitor, what is the diameter of the one you have in hand? If it is approximately 1/4 inch diameter or smaller, is is the one to use at C26. The C5F capacitor would be a larger disk ceramic or it might be one like the other yellow high voltage capacitors used for the Low Pass Filter.

hi, I am working on the KPA 100 and I have a problem to identify C26 (33pF, 50V) and find C 41 (100pF, 101) in the provided capacitors. I found one disk capacitor labelled 33, CO, but then I cannot find C5F, which should also be "33", but 500V or 1KV.
