Perhaps you're right...but after being told at least 3 times that my unit would ship in "about" 2 weeks, and having much more than two weeks between status reports, I think it's reasonable to expect more accurate estimations and/or explanations.

Do they need to be made in public? Who can say....one post that's informative might eliminate many emails.
