So this might be the cut off date for the 1st run? He also wrote: "Weeks of Nov 12-16 and Nov 19-23 (Orders with deposits)" As a deposit would get you into the first 200, this would indicate that the first 200 should go out the door this week which seems a little optimistic. Or there were never 200 prepaid.
