I understand your point, Joe. OTOH, as a reflector subscriber, I am happy to see posts, and answers, to questions such as this. They are often of use to other subscribers which wouldn't happen with a direct Elecraft support email. Also, other users may have the answer which saves Elecraft employees from diverting focus from things only they can do ... such as working off the shipment backlog.
