Hi John, As Dick and Vic have said, there are no guarantees. But your chances are very good that the Keyspan will work fine for you. I'm using the USA-19H and I've had no problems with it loading the firmware updates using a Shuttle PC running Windows XP. I also use it on my four different Apple Macs without problems.
