I bought the Elecraft HexKey on Monday and it arrived on Wednesday
[yesterday]. I'm *really* impressed. Playing around with it some today
on my K2/100, it has a really great feel, is still set as it came out of
the box, and I didn't know it came with spell-check but I find that it
misspells stuff a lot less than my vanilla Benchers do. :-)
There have been a couple of posts about the rubber feet for the HexKey.
Mine is rock solid on the desk. I have one "vanilla" Bencher anchored
with some double-sided tape because it wanders otherwise [I treat a
paddle as a bug and tend to slap it around some]. The HexKey stays put.
Someone posted that changing the feet made a big difference. I'm not
sure how much better it could get for me, but could you tell me the
problem you encountered ... off-line would be great!
