Jay, You have the correct part. The 82 in my kit was also marked 820. That's fine.
I was able to fold mine down towards the back (with the markings face up!) with short leads. Those holes just above C8, where the cap will be folded over, are probably just feed-through holes and no components will be installed there. They are empty in my kit. (I'm reluctant to take the radio completely apart to check, but I can see from the bottom that no parts are installed in those two holes.) You don't need to worry about those holes. Just install the part, fold it over, and solder it in place. It should be fine.
