David:
The K3 has dual 1/4 " inputs. I have an paddles and straight key connected
at all times and both are active allowing one to switch back and forth as
desired. Isn't it a great transceiver?

With the K2, an iambic paddle AND a straight key can be connected to the
key jack at the same time by the use of a couple of diodes as described
in the K2 manual. Thus it is possible to move ones hand from one key to
the other without making any menu adjustment. I find this facility very
useful when wishing to emphasise a word, etc, in a CW over.
I am unable to find any reference to this facility in the K3 manuals. My
question is: Is this possible with the K3?
