Greetings. I had trouble downloading the new K3 firmware also and got the
blue screen business also. I tried several times and got the K3 error info
on the screen. I did as Dick, K6KR, suggested and downloaded the new driver
from Prolific and that corrected the problem and the firmware downloaded
