The spec is +/- 2 seconds per day, so you're a little high. This means that the real-time-clock chip's 32 kHz oscillator is running slowly. You could slightly reduce the size of the associated capacitor(s) until the frequency is exactly 32768 Hz (2^15). If you try this, use very light coupling to the crystal, because even 1 pF will shift the frequency significantly.

I have a long-term project on the wish list that would allow you to enter an RTC clock correction in a menu entry. A few other things to do first ;)
