Thanks to all, and to you Tom for trying to send me the file. It seems the site is now back up and I've now downloaded the latest drivers. I resolved my update problem by going to straight RS232 and downloaded the latest firmware from Elecraft, isn't this fun! Will try my USB- serial convertor later now I have the driver.
