Understand about the jab and the flick, etc, but the hard part (remembering) is that the package is about the size of half a grain of rice. You need steady hands and a good disposition. Generally I have to wait for one of those days to come around. ;-) So far, only 5 or 6 SMT resistors to remove, a couple go back on, and two pads are jumpered with a discrete resistor.
