Rui:
Check to make sure your keyer paddle contacts are cleaned and making a low
resistance contact when closed. The Keyer circuit in the K1 generates dots
and dashes by connecting two different values resistors to ground. The
voltage drop determines whether it is a dot or dash. Burnish the keyer
contacts and I feel sure the problem will go away.
