David, The 0200 UTC time is evening here, better for most folks in N. America. You might try starting an Elecraft Euro net. When propagation allows, we can hop the pond.

It should be 14.316. If there's another QSO close to frequency, tune around. If you hear nobody, call the net yourself. There may not be any "official" net control present.
