Hi Gary, I just used my KX1 on a mini trip. Used a endfedz dipole for 80/40/20. Worked great with the kx1. Used a small coax from the rig and ran the dipole up into a low tree using my shoe as a weight to get it up there HI HI. (got the shoe back ). the dipole is about 80ft long. and I had a very low swr with the rig. You can check it out on web.
