The present production firmware (MCU 1.88) will only use the S9+60
segment if "peak-reading S-meter" is enabled (CONFIG:SMTR PK = ON).
The next firmware release (a "beta" release, possibly as early as this
evening) allows the S9+60 segment to be used even if SMTR PK is set to
OFF.
