Ok I lied about the full power part. 12m doesn't make squat for power and 10m makes WAY more than it should.
On 10m, with power set to 2 watts, as per the alignment procedure, I measure 7 watts out on my bird. With power set to 10 watts, I measure 18 watts out!! On 12m, with power set to 10 watts, I measure 3 watts out.
