Seems I've found the problem but I should wait till monday to try to fix it. As suggested by Gary at Elecraft I've checked some components and I found Q9 on the KPA3 board broken. I think Q9 is both responsible of the power instability I've found and the drop in a S point when KPA3 was enabled. I'll let the list know.
