Comcast regularly block Entire countries and/or ISP netblocks 
In addition to this they will not engage with mailadmins (such as
myself) from other ISP's 

Your best bet if you are a comcast subscriber is to use gmail or
similar

Don‘t complain. Nobody will understand. Or care. And certainly don‘t try
to fix the situation yourself. It‘s dangerous. Leave it to a highly
untrained, unqualified, expendable professional.
