Sounds a lot like an unsoldered or poorly soldered connection. You could just go over the RF board and reheat all of the solder joints, adding a bit of fresh solder (mostly for the flux).

It could be an intermittent component, but it's more likely a solder joint.

you may be able to find it that way.
