I just sent out thousands of e-mails to the ARRL members in the Great
Lakes Division (I'm running for Vice Director). The forwarding
service is definitely working. :)

I distinctly remember an ARRL announcement to the effect that they
were no longer hosting
and/or administering email accounts on arrl.net
