Someone asked about adapter for BM-10. Save your money! You don't need an adapter if you plug into the rear panel. The mono plug goes in the "MIC MONO" jack and the stereo plug (with ring between tip and sleeve) goes in the "PHONES STEREO" jack. Set the appropriate MIC menu selection. I have one with the HC4 element and it works great. Barry, K6RM
