I like the lower freq pitch as well. I like that it is so simple to adjust. My hearing needs assistance. (My wife, has a soft high pitched voice, and I have two-tone tinnitus which is another challenge, which she understands. This makes it difficult to hear her voice. Good thing. I have an excuse.) I'm enjoying the low pitch CW capability (my current setting is 320 Hz), and the 400 Hz 8-pole roofing filter that I use most of the time.
