No. You can build a better one using ordinary CAT5 and two DB9 
connectors. Because CAT5 is twisted pair, it provides much better 
noise and RF immunity than cables that are not twisted pairs. 
Twisting is FAR more important in noise/RF rejection than cable 
shielding.
