I just tested an experimental feature (I hope I won't be shot for revealing this) which allows you (among other things) to put the main receiver audio into both ears and the sub receiver into one.

There is no question that this made it possible to copy a weak DX station much better while still listening to the pileup.

Please note that Elecraft has/have not indicated that they will implement it or if so, when.
