First, you zap him.

If that doesn't help, you buy his house to tear it down. Small change compared to these antennas.

There is a well-known ham (I won't mention his call) who actually bought a neighbor's house, which he now uses as a rental investment. And, oh yes, he put a second tower and some guy anchors for his main tower in the back yard. The tenants don't mind at all.
