The latest beta is 4.1.1989. Click on the "Download Here" link. Ham Radio Deluxe will not run on EMCPup, a CD distribution of Puppy Linux put out by Dave W1HKJ. It's windows only software. EMCPup does have Dave's excellent FLDigi multi mode digital software on it. I run FLDigi at home on my DEbian install. What problems are you having?
