Sam, Use the K2 Dial Calibration article from my website - www.w3fpr.com (you already have it from my mirrored site). I believe it has all the information that you need. The procedure (in brief) is: Skip to the filter alignment (part 3) first, and set up Spectrogram, then do a first pass alignment of the filters and BFOs - close is OK at this point, so don't be 'picky' Now that you can receive SSB correctly, tune to 10 MHz WWV and set the 4 MHz reference oscillator - use the N6KR method for best results. Be patient here because the results depend on accuracy with this step. Then run CAL PLL After that, do a fine adjustment of the BFO frequencies - remember that you must move each of them even if they are correct. You are done!
