I'd be interested in having the DVR TX audio still play at (some volume). Perhaps a DVR MON level or at volume POT level. I often have my monitor level at 0 for SSB but when I press DVR TX I kinda expect to hear it. However I like to have it at zero so as to guarantee feedback mitigation.
Another stupid thought that may or may not be worthy of being "on the list".
