Just an off-the-cuff question. Are there any specs on the KPA100 heat-sink? Or any info at all on temperature rise with transmit duty cycle.
I've looked through the KPA100 manual. It looks like we're using thermal pads instead of thermal heat-sink compound. Don't know what the pads are, so not sure what the thermal characteristics is on those? Does anyone know what the heat-sink thermal resistance rating is?
