I like the "Edit CW Memories" feature in the new K3 Utility. If I understand the Help file correctly, a vertical line character at the end of a memory entry will force the K3 to immediately stop transmitting, thus bypassing any CW Delay selected by the front panel knob.
However, I just tried it and it doesn't seem to work that way. The vertical line character seems to be simply ignored. What am I missing here? NI0C Chuck Guenther K3/100 s/n 1061 w.
