Don, Not to argue with your success, it is generally more efficient to use the fan to direct air AWAY from the surface to be cooled rather than toward it. The heat of the fan energy is not added to the air that is doing the cooling, but then those muffin fans do not add very much heat energy, so it may be a moot point for the KPA100 heat sink.
