It's a sad day at KD0R. #6708 is in the hospital. I noted this afternoon that there was only 0.1 w shown as output during TUNE. And the outboard power meter was not wiggling. I read the manual, then opened things back up to inspect. When I got the heat sink off the problem was obvious. Q7 was in three pieces! At not time did I get a CAL CUL, or other over current message. CAL CUR was set to 3.5 per page 90. I've been running at 5 w and seeing no more than 10 w during TUNE as I adjusted the antenna tuner. R50 checks out fine. At some point the K2 popped the 5 A circuit breaker on the RigRunner. I'd not noticed that I'd plugged into on of the smaller breakers on the Rig Runner. not thinking much about it I moved it to a 10 A circuit.
So what other stuff should I check before I call CA on Monday? And what other parts, if any should I order along with Q7.
