If the only feedback we ever had was from satisfied customers telling us what the liked about their radio, product improvement would be less rapid and perhaps in directions that customer didn't want, but marketing people thought they did. All we ask is that we be given the opportunity to understand complaints and problems along with a chance to correct things. It often takes longer than we'd like, and frankly we've lost a few customers along the way. But I think our products are better for having had the critical complaints.
